Treatment & service / Standalone CAD study / SCREEN-HOUSING

Screen. Considered in detail.

Contained cartridge service study. Explore the standalone CAD and its design scope.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

The existing service assembly has a keyed head, pivoting retainer, cartridge support and capture sleeve. Its exploded view separates the actual CAD components. The supplied filter element, hydraulic isolation, sleeve actuation and seals remain open. Large support windows are not a filter cut size.

The detail behind
the study.

Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.

Screen

Cylindrical service candidate, not a selected filter element

Large cage windows are structural openings, not a solids cut size

Sleeve/head coupling, hydraulic inlet/outlet isolation and bypass sealing remain unresolved

Captured is an idealized geometric state, not demonstrated liquid/solids containment

Flat seal has no compression/gland design; sleeve lift actuation is unresolved

New finish presentation of unchanged previously exported CAD; not an engineered material/coating specification.
