Treatment & service / Development study / UV-ENGINEERING-R2

Make room for real service.

Inspect the separate two-solid handle correction candidate and the engineering limits behind it.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

R2 handle candidate. R2 separate handle and support-bridge candidate. It clears the audited head sweep but has not been integrated into the reactor assembly or structurally qualified.

A clearer service path.

Inspect the R2 handle correction on its own. It is not yet part of the R1 assembly.

Turn the UV · R2 handle candidate model and inspect its geometry from your own angle.

Service path under revision. The R2 audit found that the R1 handle intersects the head-withdrawal sweep. The separate correction candidate still needs integration and validation.

This is a housing and carrier study, not a working or certified reactor. Lamp, driver, seals, fittings, wiring, mounting and disinfection performance remain to be qualified.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

A service pose must connect to the installed position through a clear path. The R2 audit identifies a collision in R1 and records a candidate correction without pretending the full assembly is fixed.

The detail behind
the study.

Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.

R2 separate handle and support-bridge candidate. It clears the audited head sweep but has not been integrated into the reactor assembly or structurally qualified.

The recorded candidate moves the handle center from Y55 to Y100 mm and adds a rear support bridge. Both clear the audited head sweep. The larger retrieval envelope, joints, wet lifting load and populated-tank fit still need checking.

R1 remains a packaging reference. Integrating a selected wastewater-qualified reactor and fully developing a custom reactor are separate engineering routes; neither has been released.
