Septic treatment, in development.
Subfield is developing one product: the Subfield retrofit enhanced treatment system, for qualified existing septic tanks.

Buy directly from Subfield.
The Subfield retrofit enhanced treatment system is sold directly by Subfield. There is no online store or checkout yet: send an order request and the Subfield team handles the order from there, starting with whether your existing tank qualifies.
Anyone can buy the Subfield retrofit enhanced treatment system, but we strongly prefer that it be installed by a licensed septic or onsite wastewater professional. Local codes and permit requirements apply; check with your local health department or permitting authority before installing.
Where Subfield stands today.
Everything on this website is pre-release. The Subfield retrofit enhanced treatment system is sold directly by Subfield. There is no online store or checkout yet: send an order request and the Subfield team handles the order from there, starting with whether your existing tank qualifies. A request is not a confirmed order, a reservation or a compatibility decision. No payment is taken on this website, and prices, availability and timing are not published here.
For the retrofit system, host-tank compatibility, treatment capacity, approvals, pricing and service intervals are not yet released.
How the products are being built.
Our plan is to manufacture Subfield’s treatment, mounting, control and connection assemblies, using qualified materials and electronic inputs. Pumps are purchased from qualified manufacturers rather than developed in-house. Production arrangements for the air pump or blower are still being evaluated.
Essential treatment, required alarms and authorized local service are being designed so they do not depend on an optional hosted software subscription. Planned software access for homeowners, installers, maintainers and authorized officials is described separately, and its pricing is not released.
What this website does not claim.
Product pages describe development targets, not released ratings. Compatibility with a specific tank, treatment performance, certifications and approvals still require engineering, testing and release. Landscape photographs are temporary stock images, not Subfield installations, and model views are development studies rather than released product geometry.
Get in touch.
Order requests and questions about the retrofit system, its parts, software access or an installation or service partnership go through the contact page. It is not an emergency or service-dispatch channel; for an urgent septic concern, use your existing service provider.
