The face meets the enclosure.

Controller and alarm face studies with visible service hardware.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

The front is considered together with the existing internal mechanical assembly. Appearance and attachment geometry remain distinct from environmental qualification.

Research record

The detail behind
the study.

Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.

A softly beveled white face, broad rounded corners, recessed graphite chassis and slim cyan optical strip. Two distinct products, rendered directly from their downloadable CAD geometry.

Subfield Control

Combined control and alarm. Existing 360 × 600 mm body and detailed internal mechanical assembly retained.

85 modeled parts · STEP round-trip checks passed.

Subfield Alarm

Separate 150 × 230 mm alarm enclosure. Accessible silence/test button retained on the lower face.

12 modeled parts · STEP round-trip checks passed.

The reference establishes appearance. The controller preserves the detailed R10 internal assembly; it is not resized to imply smaller electronics fit. Existing hinges and closure screws remain visible. Branding is finish artwork.

The new curved-edge fascia and extended optical insert are modeled. Fascia and optical adhesive layers are modeled and checked for contact and interference. Adhesive selection, strength, durability and alarm-state colors remain unqualified.

The standalone alarm keeps a front silence/test key through the new fascia. Its linkage, sounder, power and sealing remain unresolved.

Bottom cable entry and connector selection remain open. The reference's single PoE cable is not adopted as an electrical design.

No IP68, utility meter-box suitability, electrical listing or government approval is claimed.
