Manufacturing Coverage R3.

Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Manufacturing Coverage R3.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

This reconciles nine electrical/interface descriptions against the live owner baseline, preserving all 150 component IDs and historical item labels. It also points the Core enclosure entry to its current R10 mechanical evidence. The original tank coverage and archived packages remain historical records.

Current manufacturing coverage R3

This reconciles nine electrical/interface descriptions against the live owner baseline, preserving all 150 component IDs and historical item labels. It also points the Core enclosure entry to its current R10 mechanical evidence. The original tank coverage and archived packages remain historical records.

First-release planning uses building 120 V conversion at the exterior Core and one continuous protected DC/data tank trunk with a 100 ft routed-length target. IEEE PoE, its controller chips, PD interfaces and legacy cable names do not select the implementation. Exact pump/instrument loads, voltage, conductor and connector classes, protections and transport still require engineering selection. The exterior reserve supports finite alarm/logging/communications, not treatment pumps. Independent alarm protection after trunk loss is unresolved; neither an extra cable nor the removal of that safeguard is silently selected here.

Coverage remains 51 partial concepts, 63 not modeled, 31 deferred and 5 non-geometric scopes. All release flags remain false. A modeled enclosure is not a completed PCB or power assembly. This reconciliation is a scope register, not a purchase BOM or manufacturing release.

Next electrical dependency: establish actual native pump/instrument duties and the protected trunk/load architecture before selecting conversion, drive, cable and connector geometry. Mechanical, hydraulic, laminate/tooling, service and physical qualification work remains in scope as recorded for each component.

See reconciliation.json for the before/after interface descriptions and owner decision references; component-coverage.csv is the reconciled planning register.
