Distributor collection fixture R1
Original removable nine-cell bench collection fixture, aligned with the current nine distributor outlet coordinates. This is test equipment for characterizing distribution, not an installed tank component or a released product.
- Ten separate solids: nine collection cells and one locating base. - Cell outside dimensions: 62 x 41 x 160 mm; nominal 3 mm walls and 4 mm floor. - Nominal internal space: 305.76 mL per cell, not a calibrated volume. - Nominal rim Z434, 10 mm below the distributor underside/outlet exit at Z444 in the media-local frame. - Individual straight lift envelopes clear neighboring cells and locating pockets in the model. - cell-map.csv associates each cell with its outlet coordinates.
All 147 geometry/transport checks and two focused tests passed. A copied source package reproduced the ten STEP solids with zero Boolean symmetric difference. The native render was reopened, all ten CAD meshes verified and the image visually inspected. The complete CAD regression passed: 340 tests in 1767.68 seconds (session 73939, terminal exit 0). This run predates the cable tests.
Material, manufacturing process, watertightness, dimensional tolerance, splash/jet capture and instrument accuracy are unqualified. Cup collection requires measured tare and an appropriate calibrated measurement method; nominal CAD volume is not a volume graduation. Sample duration and secondary containment must address uneven flow and overflow; overflow invalidates the collection data. Do not infer a safe sampling duration from equal-flow assumptions. Fixture support, distributor mounting, water source and instruments are not supplied here. This does not prove media wetting, biological treatment or wastewater compatibility.
The actual distributor and sixteen modeled fastener parts clear the fixture in 170 pairwise solid checks. Nine actual bore exits verify the 10 mm air gaps. An intentionally raised cell produces a 582 mm3 interference, confirming the collision check detects penetration. This is a bench arrangement with media removed, not an in-tank assembly.
parts/ contains ten verified occurrence STEP files. part-inventory.json confirms two unique geometries: nine identical cells and one base. drawings/collection-fixture-review.pdf contains an actual STEP plan and central cell section with nominal dimensions; it was visually reviewed. Material/process, tolerances and physical collection performance remain open.
measurement/ provides blank clean-water worksheets and a portable Python analyzer for measured masses and a common capture interval. Thirteen synthetic checks passed, and the blank worksheet was confirmed to reject without creating a result. No physical measurement or acceptance result is included.
prototype-meshes/ contains two unique translated CAD-derived STL files (9 cells, 1 base), with manifold-edge, orientation, dimension and volume checks. Coordinates are millimetres even though STL is unitless. These exports have no selected manufacturing process or physical watertightness qualification.
