Current frame assembly: 258.41 kg (569.7 lb). Tray alternative: 329.90 kg (727.3 lb).

Both exceed the 500 lb objective before completing the tank. The tray alternative is not selected. Redesign the structural architecture before treating either assembly as a manufacturing baseline.
