Core Divider Retention Study.
Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Core Divider Retention Study.
Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning
Why this detail was investigated.
64-part mechanical concept, based on Core supports R4. Two integral tray lugs support two divider tabs; generic M4 x 10 front-access screws retain the divider. This is a development candidate, not fabrication-ready or an electrically qualified barrier.

64-part mechanical concept, based on Core supports R4. Two integral tray lugs support two divider tabs; generic M4 x 10 front-access screws retain the divider. This is a development candidate, not fabrication-ready or an electrically qualified barrier.
Nominal geometry (mm, Core local frame): - Mount axes: X -100 / +100, Y +10. - Integral tray lugs: D12, Z19..24. Blind nominal M4 major bore Z16.5..24. - Divider tabs: 20 wide x 24 deep x 3 thick, centered Y4.5, Z24..27. D4.5 screw clearance. - Screw underhead Z27, tip Z17, head D7 x 4; 7 mm nominal engagement, 0.5 mm tip-to-blind-floor gap. No helical thread or production runout modeled. - Service: remove weather cover, faceplates and relevant loose fasteners; undo divider screws; pull divider outward 3.1 mm, rotate 20 degrees, then withdraw 151 mm.
Evidence: 1,329 geometry/export checks pass, 64 valid separate STEP solids with matched volume, two seated screws with 12 mm housing clearance. Negative control: rotating 6 degrees without first pulling outward intersects the tray mounts by 38.2608 mm3. The checks model geometry only and omit actual electronics, wiring and human access.
The mounting route, material, threads, tolerances, fastener loads, vibration and complete electrical barrier perimeter remain to be developed. Existing nominal gaps around the divider mean retention alone does not establish separation from mains. Rear-carrier attachment also remains open. This candidate is outside the repository regression scope; the earlier R4 full suite is still running.
