Licensing is not
a power switch.

Essential treatment, required alarms and authorized local service must not depend on an optional hosted subscription. Identity, site permission, professional approval and payment are separate states.

Equipment, installation, required inspection/service, wear parts and optional software must be accounted for separately. No projected price or maintenance saving from the research discussions is a public offer.

A dashboard cannot replace laboratory evidence or a required physical visit. Actual care obligations follow the qualified configuration and jurisdiction.
